The Tsleil-Waututh Nation issued the following statement regarding events yesterday on Burnaby Mountain:

Burnaby Mountain is unceded Coast Salish Territory.

From the Tsleil-Waututh reserve, we look out onto Burnaby Mountain every day, in the heart of our traditional lands and waters.
