The Nation wrote to the Minister responsible for the National Energy Board (NEB) this week seeking a process to ensure its voice is heard and its constitutionally guaranteed rights are upheld.

The Nation opposes the Kinder Morgan pipeline, which would terminate in the heart of their territory.
