Fatally Flawed, Superficial Review Creates Legal Risks for Pipeline and Tanker Proposal-
Victoria, Coast Salish Territories –Today, 12 First Nations released an open letter slamming the National Energy Board (“NEBâ€) review of the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain proposal, calling it “fatally flawed†and questioning the constitutionality of the federal government’s approach to First Nations consultation.Â

In May, the Tsleil-Waututh Nation launched the first legal challenge to the National Energy Board’s review of the Kinder Morgan pipeline and tanker expansion proposal.
