Up to 90 per cent of a Burrard Inlet oil spill would reach shoreline in hours” The Vancouver Sun reports today with the launch of an oil spill animation model.

“The model demonstrates that nowhere is safe in Burrard Inlet,” says Tsleil-Waututh Nation Chief Maureen Thomas.

In May, the Tsleil-Waututh Nation launched the first legal challenge to the National Energy Board’s review of the Kinder Morgan pipeline and tanker expansion proposal.
