Read the Trans Mountain Assessment Report
The proposed Trans Mountain Expansion (TMX) tanker and pipeline project lies within the Consultation Area of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. Therefore, it was necessary that we carried out our own assessment of the proposed project under our Stewardship Policy. The assessment report provides a summary of our appraisal of the components of the proposed pipeline and tanker project. It describes the seriousness of the potential effects of the proposed pipeline and tanker project on Tsleil-Waututh title, rights, and interests.
